Carbon tool steel: Carbon steel generally uses 65, 75 steel, T8, T10 and other materials. The heat treatment hardness of the blade produced by this material is within the range of HRC57-59 degrees, which is suitable for the recycling and shearing of ordinary low-carbon cold-rolled plates, ordinary A3 plates and waste materials. Low alloy tool: The commonly used materials for low alloy tool steel blades are: 6Crw2s1, 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, etc. The heat treatment hardness of the blade is within the range of HRC58-62 degrees. It is specially used to shear stainless steel and is suitable for shearing hot-rolled plates, stainless steel, medium and thick plates.
Alloy tool steel: The materials of the shearing machine blades of alloy tool steel are: 4Cr5MoSiV1 (H13K), 7Cr7Mo2V2Si9 (LD), W6Mo5Cr4V2 (6542), H13, etc. Blades made of this material are used for hot rolling steel billets, hot shearing of medium and thick steel plates, etc. They are resistant to high temperatures and not easy to anneal. They are used in hot rolling and hot shearing processes in steel mills.
